Ticketing:
Online: Tickets are available for purchase through the museum's official WeChat Mini Program.
On-site: Tickets can be purchased at self-service ticket machines or the Information Desk at the Service Center.
Group Services:
Groups of 20 or more visitors can purchase tickets directly at the Service Center or consult our staff via email: info@suzhoumoca.com. All minor visitors in the group must be accompanied by adults.
Children from external institutions and study‑tour groups must be accompanied by adults. Please cooperate with staff to complete information registration prior to entering the gallery.
Information Service: Free exhibition brochures and related materials are available at the Service Center.
Drinking Water Service: Self-purchasable mineral water is provided in the corridor on 1F, Gallery 1.
Storage Service:
1. Lockers are available on B2 and 1F of Gallery 1. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
2. Lockers are accessible during museum opening hours: 10:00 – 17:00 on regular days, and 10:00 – 21:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Lockers are cleaned daily. For lost items, please contact the Service Center at 0512-62638999 during opening hours. Any items left in lockers beyond the designated period will be disposed of as unclaimed property.
Wheelchair and Baby Stroller Service:
Free wheelchairs and baby strollers are available for on-site rental. A deposit of RMB 100 is required and will be fully refunded upon return of the equipment. Please complete registration at the Service Center.
Lost and Found:
If you lose items within the museum, please report promptly to the Service Center for registration and assistance. For inquiries after leaving the venue, please call 0512-62638999 during opening hours.
Emergency Response:
The Service Center is equipped with first-aid supplies and provides on-site assistance. Visitors feeling unwell may contact staff in a timely manner. Visitors separated from their companions may visit the Service Center to request a public address announcement.
Free Guided Tour:
Schedules for free on-site guided tours are subject to daily on-site announcements. Free QR-code audio guides are available for key exhibits.
Audio Guide Rental:
Audio guide devices can be rented at the Service Center. The service covers all exibitions (partial exhibits excluded) at a rental fee of RMB 30 per device (headphones included).
Guided Tour Service:
In‑person guided tours are available. Please visit the Service Center for schedules.
- Tour routes: Gallery 5 & Gallery 6 (one tour); Gallery 7 & Gallery 8 (one tour)
- Rates: ¥300 per tour. Maximum 10 participants per tour. An extra ¥30 will be charged for each additional participant, with a cap of 20 people per tour.
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
External Tour Interpretation:
All organizations and individuals conducting commercial or public tour interpretations must register in advance at the Service Center. All tour activities must be conducted with headphones only; loudspeaker equipment is strictly prohibited. All activities shall comply with the museum's on-site management regulations.

1. Suzhou Station: Take Metro Line 4 to "Sunwujinianyuan Station", then transfer to Line 8 to "Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art Station" (Exit 1).
2. Suzhoubei Station: Take Metro Line 2 to "Yangchenghuzhonglu Station", then transfer to Line 8 to "Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art Station" (Exit 1).

Public transport is strongly recommended especially on weekends and public holidays.
All visitors must present valid tickets and complete security checks before entry.
Prohibited items:
- Flammable, explosive and corrosive substances, controlled knives and other dangerous goods (balloons included).
- Printed materials, promotional objects, slogans, banners, flags and any other items that violate relevant laws and regulations.
- Backpacks and handbags larger than 30cm × 42cm × 10cm (A3 size equivalent). Lockers are available on 1F and B2, Gallery 1.
- Food and beverages.
- Animals (guide dogs exempted).
- Any other items that may compromise exhibit safety or disrupt the visiting experience.
Visitor code of conduct:
- The museum reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors who are intoxicated or improperly dressed.
- Children and visitors with limited mobility must be accompanied throughout their visit.
- Eating, drinking and chewing gum are prohibited within the museum premises.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and other smoking devices, is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Please maintain on-site order, follow staff instructions, and enter and exit the venue in an orderly manner.
- Please keep a safe distance when queuing.
- Running, chasing, climbing, lying down and all other disruptive behaviors are prohibited.
- Please protect all exhibits and facilities. Crossing barriers, touching, defacing or damaging exhibits is strictly forbidden.
- Flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods, gimbals and all other photographic auxiliary equipment are prohibited for photo and video recording.
- Media personnel requiring the use of above-mentioned equipment for professional purposes must register and apply in advance. Photography and filming are prohibited in restricted exhibition areas.
- No organizations or individuals may conduct lectures, surveys, performances, commercial filming, self-media live streaming or commercial recording activities on-site without prior official approval.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings, keep the venue clean, and maintain civilized conduct during your visit.
- In any case of emergency, please follow staff instructions and evacuate via designated routes.
Violations of the above rules will result in immediate termination of visiting privileges and removal from the museum. Any person or group that refuses to comply with on-site management, disrupts normal visiting order or causes adverse impacts shall be held legally responsible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations based on the severity of the violation.
